Hi! I’m Jen. I live in Colorado Springs with my husband, William and my two dogs, Milo & Duncan. I am in the military and taking classes with University of Phoenix.
Things about me…
* I like to be good at a lot of things and great at many of those.
* I like to be creative: i.e. making stuff (anything really), designing things (as I think most females do), etc.
* I have a short attention span. I work on a few things at once. For example, I currently have three open sewing projects (quilt, pajamas, and a coat), and am still actively doing outside activities.
* I will try (almost) anything once, unless it has bad side effects on me (I will never purposely have a jalapeno. Accidently swallowed a tiny piece and was feeling it the next 24 hours.) or is obviously addictive and harmful (meth, x, etc).
* I like to bake, but don’t have much sense of flavoring, so I do not create my own recipes. I’m actually afraid to try that. Hah! I do like to bake though. I just finished a loaf of sour dough bread today. It is SOOOO good.
* I like to spend time with my husband and two dogs.
* My friends make fun of me because I read redbook, which is apparently for “old” people. (I’m only 22.) I think that stuff relates to me.
* I am a work-aholic. I hate to say it, but its true. I love my job. (Sadly enough I’m paid by salary, not hourly.)
* I like sharing with others and hearing what they want to share. (Hints why I’m here. Lol.)
I like to: Bake, sew, quilt, hike, skydive, scrapbook, spend time with family, try new things, my boys (I’m trying to convince my husband for us to rescue pits, but our rental is too small), be perfect (I don’t know if that counts). I think you get the picture.
